塑料井盖模具的设计工序是什么

塑料井盖模具的设计制造过程极为繁琐,影响它的要素也挺多。凝土构件模具,塑料井盖模具浇注系统是井盖模具构造设计中的一个重要组成局部,也是塑料熔体进入模具型腔的独一通道。

The design and manufacturing process of plastic well cover mould is very complicated, and there are many factors affecting it. The pouring system of the mould of the concrete component and the mould of the plastic well cover is an important part of the mould structure design of the well cover, and also the only channel for the plastic melt to enter the mould cavity.


它的几何外形及构造尺寸设计的合理与否,直接影响到聚合物熔体在模具通道中的流变特性及填充效果,进而影响到最终塑件的成型质量与模具整体构造设计的复杂水平。

Whether the design of its geometry shape and structure size is reasonable or not directly affects the rheological properties and filling effect of polymer melt in the mold channel, and then affects the molding quality of the final plastic part and the complex level of the overall structure design of the mold.

                                   


塑料井盖模具对应的加工设备是塑料注射成型机,塑料首先在注射机底加热料筒内受热熔融,然后在注射机的螺杆或柱塞推动下,经注射机喷嘴和模具的浇注系统进入模具型腔,塑料冷却硬化成型,脱模得到制品。

The corresponding processing equipment of the plastic well cover mold is the plastic injection molding machine. First, the plastic is heated and melted in the heating barrel at the bottom of the injection machine. Then, driven by the screw or plunger of the injection machine, it enters the mold cavity through the nozzle of the injection machine and the pouring system of the mold. The plastic cools and hardens to form a mold and demoulds to get the product.


挤出中工工艺通常只适用热塑性塑料品制品的生产,其在结构上与塑料井盖模具和压塑模具有明显区别。


In general, the extrusion process is only suitable for the production of thermoplastic products, which is different from plastic well cover mold and compression mold in structure.
